Is it safe to use my credit card? 
Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our shopping cart is built on the VeriSign system which utilizes the highest security measures, including SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), and interfaces with AuthorizeNet to process credit cards. All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.
What if I have a special request for an item?
Gotoforms.com is continually adding items and categories. If there is an item you require, that is not listed on our site, contact our customer service department. We generally have the resources to provide whatever products you need.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only apply to Companies located in the State of New York( your local tax rate) where we are registered. But not to any other US state.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. If you would like to set up an account, please fill out the information in the ''Corporate Accounts'' section and we will review your info and contact you. We also accept checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified. How much will my shipping charges be?
As of Feb. 1, 2005, we have switched to a flat shipping charge based on total cost of goods(not including freight and tax) During the order process, you will be given a list of shipping methods and you can choose the one which applies.

Flat Shipping Rates

1. Total cost of goods $25.00-$74.99 = $9.95 flat rate for UPS frieght program *

2. Total cost of goods $75.00 or more = FREE SHIPPING for UPS frieght program *

* INCLUDES NEXT DAY DELIVERY ON MOST ITEMS, EXCLUDING BULK LABEL AND PAPER ORDERS WHICH SHIP UPS GROUND OR COMMON CARRIER ( 1-3 DAY DELIVERY)

3.UPS 2ND DAY AIR - This option is based on weight and distance and current UPS rates AND MUST BE SELECTED FOR ALL ORDERS GOING TO ALASKA,HAWAII AND PUERTO RICO.

4. UPS RED NEXT DAY AIR - This option is based on weight and distance and current UPS rates

What if I need to return my order?
General Policies
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.* Exchanges and credits cannot be processed without one.
  • An RMA must be requested within 30 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
  • The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date.
  • All products are sold with their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
  • When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
  • All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and have all accessories, blank warranty cards, and user’s manuals.
  • Please note all returns conditions listed below, as applicable to your return.
  • A 15% or $25.00 maximum whichever is less restocking fee applies for all returns except for misshipments.

Discontinued Products
At times, Gotoforms.com will offer specially priced items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. These items, clearly marked as discontinued, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Clearance Items
Returns on clearance items are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date if the product is damaged or deemed defective. An RMA must be obtained in order for a clearance return to be accepted and processed. We cannot exchange clearance products, as the manufacturer has either discontinued these items or we no longer have them in stock.

* If you return any product to our sales offices or warehouses without an RMA# you will not receive credit.

* Requesting A Product Return
Fill in the RMA form to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A Customer Care Representive will contact you within two business days with the RMA Number.

NOTE: Fields marked in red are required. Only one RMA number is issued per product.

After Receiving Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

1) Write your RMA number legibly on the return label.
2) We will provide you with the correct return merchandise address, along with your RMA number.

Crediting Your Account:
Credit will be issued within 30 business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution. When returning an item paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 30 business days from the time we receive your return.

What if you don't have all of the items in stock? 
If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically.
What is your policy on Privacy? 
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We respect your privacy and we value our return customers highly.
How do I track my order?
Go to the "You and Your Order" page and you will receive details about shipping status of your order. Most orders are delivered before we receive tracking information so we do not post this info unless specfically requested. Please allow at least three business days before requesting tracking info unless you prepaid for UPS next day air.
